MMR David Crumpton's layout is located in a 13'x15' room. He models from just before to a little after the transition era of steam to diesel giving him a time line of the 1920s to about 1973. He tends to favor the MKT Railroad. The layout locos are DCC controlled. His track-work is complete. David is now doing scenery and installing structures. As he learns more and is exposed to other layouts and YouTube videos he realizes that things he finished a couple of years ago could be upgraded and improved now. David's wife often repeats that famous saying, "A model railroad is never finished!" His favorite parts of the hobby continue to be track-work, scenery, and structures.
